Euramco Group is implementing a new market-focused leadership structure in North America to strengthen its fire and emergency-services business, expand its industrial presence, and prepare for new growth initiatives planned for 2027.

Effective August 1, 2026, Nathan Calabrese has been appointed Sales Director, North America – Fire. Nathan will lead Euramco Group’s North American firefighting market strategy across RAMFAN Fire & Defense ventilation equipment, Kraken Power onboard power systems, NOMAD portable and vehicle-mounted pumps, and PRO//connect controls and connectivity. His responsibilities include channel development, key-account growth, and closer engagement with fire departments, government agencies, apparatus manufacturers, and other fire-service partners.

Jon Kostyzak has been appointed Sales Director, North America – Industrial. Jon will lead Euramco’s industrial and non-fire market strategy across RAMFAN Industrial ventilation equipment, Kraken Power systems, NOMAD pump applications, and PRO//connect technologies. He will focus on expanding the company’s presence in hazardous locations, utilities, specialty rental, manufacturing, marine, infrastructure, and other demanding professional environments.

Allen Hammill has been appointed Manager, OEM Integration & Applications. Allen will support both market groups by working directly with apparatus manufacturers, specialty-vehicle builders, equipment integrators, channel partners, and end users on practical product integration, field applications, and technical training.

The strategy also builds upon Euramco’s engineering heritage. When the Allen Family’s first-generation founder established the company in National City, California, following his retirement from the United States Navy in the 1960s, its work centered on shipboard centrifugal pumps and steam turbines. During the 1980s, the second generation leadership applied that fluid-machinery expertise to water-powered turbines, leading to the development of the RAMFAN WF20 damage-control smoke-removal fan.

The WF20, now standard equipment on US and allied Naval fleets worldwide, helped set Euramco on the trajectory for which it is best known today: engineering high-performance axial-flow ventilation equipment for firefighting positive-pressure ventilation, hazardous-area operations, confined-space safety, and defense applications.

That same pump and turbine heritage continues through NOMAD, Euramco’s line of portable and vehicle-mounted pump systems. Following expansion across Asia and the broader Asia-Pacific region since 2020, NOMAD is preparing for its next phase of international growth beginning in 2027.

Together, these appointments establish clearer market ownership, stronger field and OEM support, and the organizational foundation for Euramco Group’s next stage of North American growth.
